Laboratory Investigations

Samples taken for testing are normally sent to The Doctor's Laboratory (TDL). The samples are collected from the practice by regular courier service and transported to the laboratory.

TDL is a medically led laboratory and is the largest independent provider of diagnostic services in the UK. Most results are available within 24 hours. Special tests may take longer.

Investigations and Screening

We refer patients to various hospitals for x-ray, ultrasound, MRI and CT scans. The hospitals and clinics used include:
